I don’t know about you, but I love me a good piece of chewelry. Yes, you read that right. Chewlery is a form of chewable jewelry that you wear – think of it as a teething toy of sorts for the little ones. Basically, it’s a fidget spinner for babies (LOL). Not only is it fabulous for teething, it’s also great at keeping the little guy occupied while he nurses or while I hold him and walk around taking care of things.
I have a couple great pieces I really love, but my newest piece comes from Chew Me Jewelry, a small store owned and run by a sweet, pretty mama named Tara Field. Tara so graciously sent me a piece for review, and when I received it, it was everything I hoped it would be! The colors are beautiful and very right on to my normal color schemes that I typically wear, and the hexagon silicone beads are just absolutely beautiful. It’s simple and easy to care for, just wash in warm soapy water, rinse very well and hang to dry.
Richi most definitely approves of his new chewlery from Chew Me Jewelry! He loes to hang onto it for the fun of it and it keeps him occupied while waiting in busy lines in the store, or while at appointments which we so frequently have.
I recommend every nursing mama – and every mama, for that matter, because we all know bottle fed babies fidget as well – to have a look around Tara’s store. She also creates some of the most beautiful teething necklaces I’ve ever seen! I absolutely adore them.
